Board of Directors

The South Central Health District is governed by a Board of Directors. Members of the board are appointed by the member towns. As a group, they work together with the Director of Health to ensure our communities' public health needs are met and the organization runs efficiently. 

Eight (8) members serve on the board. Five (5) represent Southington, two (2) represent Plainville, and one (1) represents Middlefield. The Town Managers from Southington and Plainville and the First Selectman from Middlefield have seats on the board.
