Welcome to South Central Health District!

The South Central Health District formed in 2011. The district started as the Plainville-Southington Regional Health District serving the towns of Plainville and Southington. 


The district has grown! We now serve the town of Middlefield, too! 


We changed our name, effective Oct. 1, 2023!
